Insulation Installer

Overview

Four Leaf Comfort Solutions is looking for a dependable, motivated, and hardworking Insulation Installer to join our growing team. We are searching for someone who takes pride in their work, works with urgency, and holds themselves to a high standard every day.

Whether you already have insulation experience or are looking to learn the trade, we're interested in people with the right attitude and work ethic. Previous experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train someone who is eager to learn and committed to becoming a top installer.

This is not a position for someone who needs constant supervision. We're looking for someone who can be given clear direction, take ownership of their responsibilities, and consistently produce quality work while representing Four Leaf Comfort Solutions professionally on every job site.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation in attics, walls, ceilings, floors, crawl spaces, and other building areas according to company standards.
• Operate insulation blowing machines, vacuums, hoses, and other installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Drive company vehicles, including box trucks, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals without sacrificing quality.
• Follow installation procedures and job specifications accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck, trailer, warehouse, and job site.
• Work safely while following all company safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and coworkers.
• Assist with insulation removal, air sealing, material preparation, and other construction-related tasks as assigned.
• Take pride in leaving every job site cleaner than you found it.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a box truck.
• Previous insulation or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions without constant supervision.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Assertive, efficient, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Professional appearance and respectful attitude when working in customers' homes and on commercial job sites.
• Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship and maintaining Four Leaf Comfort Solutions' reputation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous insulation installation experience.
• Experience operating insulation blowing or removal equipment.
• Experience driving box trucks or towing trailers.
• General construction or remodeling experience.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction practices.
