- Oversee facilities maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Basic qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
- Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
