Our Colorado Springs, Co. team is currently looking for a dedicated, experienced Senior Window Tinter with Paint Protection experience.
What will you do?
Lead the tint installation team to ensure we keep our one-hour tint promise and maintain high quality standards.
Chose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete the job.
Use center software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each individual tint job.
Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film and cut tint film by hand when necessary.
Responsible for bay production and ensure production is flowing.
Responsible for all and any services/installation and the quality of all services/installation performed.
Supervise Junior Installer and Shop Assistant.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Coordinate customer appointments with Center Manager.
Work hours: Tuesday - Friday (8am - 5pm), Saturday (8am - 1pm)
What we are looking for?
3 years of experience installing paint protection film and automotive window tint.
Experience managing a team.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Skilled in the facets of installing the products we offer.
Satisfactory driving record and background check.

Turbo Tint hours: Tuesday - Friday (8am - 5pm), Saturday (8am - 1pm).

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
