We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Cincinnati team as Customer Service and Sales team. This is a customer-facing sales role for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build professional skills, and is looking for an opportunity to grow within a team environment.
No extensive sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help new team members develop their communication, sales, customer service, and leadership skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Work face-to-face with customers
- Represent our clients and their products and services professionally
- Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with product and service enrollment
- Build positive customer relationships and brand awareness
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Positive, coachable, and motivated to learn
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends as needed

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
