Position Overview
The Program Assistant supports the Program Director across RYC's full slate of programming, with particular ownership of the Mentorship Program, Volunteer recruitment and management, and Youth of Color programming. This role is designed to give program staff more hands-on capacity across the board — facilitation support, coordination, and direct relationship-building with youth and mentors — rather than owning a single narrow function.
