Role Description
The Financial Services Recruiting Intern is a part-time, hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV. This position supports the recruitment and onboarding of financial professionals by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and coordinating recruitment events. The intern helps maintain applicant tracking systems, prepares recruiting materials, and communicates with candidates and internal team members to ensure a smooth hiring process. Day-to-day work may include conducting initial outreach to prospective advisors, organizing recruiting events or information sessions, and compiling metrics and reports on recruiting efforts. Qualifications
