Outside Sales Representative - Miami
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing business opportunities and increasing market presence in the Miami market, with further expansion across the Southeast region of the United States, particularly Florida. The role will focus on new business development, client relationship management, sales pipeline generation, and execution of territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the growth and retention of a high-value client portfolio through strategic clienteling and CRM activities;
- Developing new business opportunities through prospecting activities, networking, client meetings, and lead generation;
- Managing and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients;
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM;
- Executing territory-specific sales strategies to increase market penetration;
- Delivering sales presentations and managing the customer journey from opportunity creation to conversion;
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts;
- Monitoring client projects, timelines, and ensuring proactive communication;
- Participating in industry events and networking activities to increase brand awareness;
- Achieving sales targets and business development KPIs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outside sales, preferably within hospitality, luxury, design, or premium industries;
- Strong business development and relationship management skills;
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluent English and Spanish required.

Salary Range: 60.000 $ - 70.000 $
