Are you a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist looking for your next exciting opportunity? Four Corners Community Bank, a trusted and vibrant community bank in northwest New Mexico, is seeking a talented individual to join our team.
About the Role: As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our advertising and marketing efforts. The role’s responsibilities include:

Managing social media channels and maintaining brand consistency

Creating and coordinating digital marketing campaigns

Managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and CTV advertising

Supporting website monitoring, updates, and SEO/GEO strategies

Creating engaging content for organic social and SEO/GEO marketing

Researching target audiences and analyzing campaign performance
-
Designing flyers, graphics, brochures, and other in-house marketing materials
-
Collaborating with internal teams on product launches and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with emphasis on digital marketing.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A high-energy individual with a passion for creativity and community engagement.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO and analytics tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills
- Graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
