What will you do?
- Lead, coach, and support branch staff to ensure excellent customer service and employee engagement
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Foster growth by developing new customer relationships and deepening existing ones
- Partner with internal teams (lending, operations, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth branch performance
- Represent the bank in community and business development activities

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services (minimum 3–5 years)
- Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial banking and compliance
