<We are seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper to join our restaurant accounting team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in accounting principles. The Part Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for general bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and supporting accountant with various projects. 16 to 20 per week.
Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable processing with attention to detail
- Handle payroll processing and tax experience related to payroll taxes
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Strong understanding of General Leger, Balance Sheet, P & L's
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis ensuring accuracy
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
