Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Move-In Coordinator provides a compassionate, organized, and high-touch onboarding experience for new residents and their families from acceptance through move-in.
Responsibilities for Move-In Coordinator:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new residents and families from acceptance through move-in.
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level onboarding experience that reflects the community’s culture, values, and service standards.
Schedule and coordinate welcome visits, tours, introductions, and orientation sessions for residents and families.
Provide day-of move-in support, including greeting residents and families, ensuring rooms are properly prepared, and coordinating with staff for a seamless transition.
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to ensure all move-in requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Communicate clearly and consistently with families to provide updates, answer questions, and reduce transition-related stress.
Ensure all documentation and onboarding processes are completed accurately within required timelines.
Maintain organized tracking of admissions and move-ins using applicable systems (CRM, EMR, or internal tracking tools).
Qualifications for Move-In Coordinator:
Experience in senior living, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems, electronic health records, and basic office software.
Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through emotional transitions.
