Fountain Valley School District is seeking a passionate and student-centered teacher to serve students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing (DHH) in grades Preschool–Kindergarten (PK–K) at Cox Elementary School. This program follows a biliterate model, supporting students in the development of both American Sign Language (ASL) and English literacy. The ideal candidate will provide specialized academic instruction, foster communication and language development in both languages, and collaborate with general education staff and families to ensure inclusive, accessible, and culturally responsive learning experiences.
Requirements / Qualifications
Candidates with a strong commitment to inclusive practices and experience in collaborative IEP implementation are encouraged to apply. University Interns will be considered.
