What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tow Truck Driver/Operator position at Fountain Square Towing & Parking Lot Management?
Fountain Square Towing & Parking Lot Management is much more than just a towing and recovery business. We are currently looking for a qualified tow truck driver to operate a wheel-lift tow truck AND/OR a flatbed rollback tow truck. As a tow truck operator you will be responding to various calls in around the Bowling Green/Warren County area, assisting with private property impounding and releasing vehicles from impound. We are looking for drivers who are motivated, who can work independently, who take direction and who take safety as a top priority.
To be successful at FSTPLM requires a high-level of conflict resolution skills to navigate challenging interactions. You must have the ability to de-escalate escalated situations and be comfortable managing emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism while also staying focused on an outcome that is positive for the property owners and managers that we serv e.
Having experience is preferred BUT WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
