Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Nurse Manager-RN based in Cape May Court House, NJ. The Clinical Nurse Manager-RN will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and lead nursing teams to deliver excellent patient care. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, performance evaluation, and process improvement. The Clinical Nurse Manager will also coordinate with other departments, maintain quality assurance standards, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient care, clinical decision-making, and multidisciplinary care coordination
- Leadership abilities such as staff supervision, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and understanding of healthcare technology
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- RN or higher in Nursing; additional certifications in healthcare management are a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
