Your Role: Industrial Electrician
Fountain Services, LLC is an established industry leader in the electrical trade, with offices in Spindale, Charlotte, Hickory, and Asheville, North Carolina, and Greenville, South Carolina. We serve industrial customers and projects spread across the western, piedmont, and metrolina regions of North Carolina, and the upstate of South Carolina.

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified applicants for the position of Industrial Electrician in our Spindale, NC home office. We offer competitive pay and, after a 90-day introductory period, comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance, paid vacation, and 401k retirement plan with employer matching.
Education/Training
- High School diploma or GED required
- Vocational training or electrical apprenticeship preferred
- Relevant licenses or certifications preferred
Experience/Education
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of professional experience in industrial construction or service, and should have strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring, as well as industrial automation. Candidates should have experience with PLC programming, VFDs, motor controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
Pay will be based upon experience and qualifications.
Specific Skills/Duties/Proficiencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and work at heights
- Willingness to work overtime, shift work, and irregular hours for emergency calls
Additional Requirements and/or Expectations
- Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Must be willing and able to relocate and/or commute to our Spindale, NC office location
