What You'll Do
As part of our dedicated Conduit & Riser Team, you'll help build the electrical infrastructure that powers commercial buildings from the ground up.
Your responsibilities include:
- Install EMT, rigid, PVC, and other conduit systems.
- Install vertical risers, feeders, and power distribution systems.
- Pull and terminate large conductors.
- Install cable tray, supports, and bus duct systems.
- Assist with switchgear, transformers, and electrical room installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Follow NEC requirements and company safety standards.
- Work closely with a skilled commercial electrical crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Strong conduit bending and installation skills.
- Experience installing feeders and pulling large conductors.
- Ability to read construction drawings and electrical plans.
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited apprenticeship or trade school program.
- OSHA 10 or other electrical safety certifications.
- Referral from a current Fountain Services employee.
