Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Responsibilities include- Implementing a resident care plan
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- consulting with and validating data
- record pertinent information in the patient record
- identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
- communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
- assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
- Working leader- oversees and implements a resident plan of care
- Working leader- performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessment and evaluations
- Consulting with and validates data
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record
- Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
- Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
- Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
Requirements of RN:- At
least 2 year's experience as RN required
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required
