Work closely with clients during their visit with us to ensure their safety and satisfaction.
Perform a variety of diagnostic tests, medication administration, intravenous (IV) placement and infusions, monitor vital signs and symptoms.
Manage a case load of high end clients;
Work directly with clients to ensure customized care plans are followed
Responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment.
Ability to understand, respect and accommodate client's preferences and needs.
Thoroughly prescreens clients which involves reviewing their health information and collecting documentation on any therapeutic implants, pacemakers, clips etc.
Manage the clinical needs of assigned clients
Adhere to the company standards while maintaining the highest degree of quality care
Act as an educator by following up on physician recommendations to ensure client understanding, compliance and implementation.
Highly proficient with IV administration
Full Knowledge and understanding of all diagnostic tests and procedures performed
Completes other duties as assigned.
Education
Valid State RN license is required.
Associate's degree in Nursing is required
BSN degree is preferred.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

Must-Have’s
- Bachelor’s degree in business, medical science, or another relevant field
- Previous experience in managerial position
- Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
- Advanced knowledge of standards and regulations in clinical field
- Understands and follows organization safety and security requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve complex issues
- Previous experience in clinical setting
- Graduate degree is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
