Job Description:
Spring Fountain Studios LLC is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial Services Technician to support a project located in the Gull Lake area.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment at the project site. This position is a good fit for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can follow instructions and schedules consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general custodial and facility upkeep duties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Refill supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Follow all site rules, safety procedures, and company instructions
- Maintain a professional attitude while on site
Requirements:
- Prior custodial, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Must have reliable transportation to the Gull Lake project location
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks during the shift
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks on schedule
