Your first PT position is important.
We don't expect new graduates to know everything on day one.
You'll have experienced clinicians around you, opportunities to ask questions, mentorship, technician support, and an environment where you can continue developing your clinical skills and confidence.
What You'll Do
You'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while developing individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs and goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing evaluations and developing plans of care
- Providing evidence-based physical therapy treatment
- Educating patients throughout rehabilitation
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress
- Collaborating with our therapists and technician team
- Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Helping patients return to the activities they love
What We're Looking For
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellent patient care
- Team-oriented attitude
- Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
