We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our transportation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing daily transportation operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Manage a team of drivers and coordinate daily transportation operations
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and monitor fuel consumption
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three years minimum supervisory experience in the transportation field is highly desirable
- Ten or more years of experience in the transportation field, including driving and train operation experience
