Full Job Description
Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic is looking to hire a Kennel Attendant. As a Kennel Attendant/ Assistant, you will be supporting the team in the daily tasks necessary to facilitate great patient care. These tasks include, but are not limited to: walking patients, cleaning kennels, stocking supplies and laundry. Helping to fill medications and holding animals for doctors may also be needed. Applicant must be able to lift 35lbs and can expect to go up and down stairs. Thisposition is rewarding and is a great starter into the Vetmed field. Also great for anyone with organizational skills, and fans of cleanliness. Schedule can be flexible.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.25-$16.25 per hour (starting)
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift (9 hours with a 1 hour lunch)
- Day shift
- Most Holidays
- Monday to Friday( usually 1 week day off)
- Some Saturdays
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: No prior experience necessary.
