Financial Services Onsite Chat Specialist

Please note that candidates must reside within commuting distance to our office.

As a Customer Chat Specialist at Foundever, you will support customers through secure digital chat channels for one of the largest banking and financial services providers in the U.S. You will assist customers with account questions, service requests, and financial inquiries while delivering professional and accurate support through written communication.

This role is ideal for individuals who prefer written communication over phone interactions and thrive in fast paced, detail driven environments. Associates are responsible for following banking, security, privacy, and compliance regulations while providing a high standard of customer care.

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $17/hour, with paid training at $15/hour.

• Location: Must reside in Sumter, SC, or within commuting distance
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Experience: Experience in chat, banking, financial services, or contact center
• environments preferred
• Availability: Must have flexible availability during operating hours
• Written Communication Skills: Strong grammar, professionalism, tone, and written customer service skills are essential
• Compliance Awareness: Ability to handle confidential financial information while following security and privacy regulations
