Founders Tree Co. is looking for an experienced tree climber/arborist to join our crew. You’ll perform tree removals, pruning, and rigging, working safely at height and as part of a team. Ideal candidates have solid climbing skills, strong knowledge of rigging and chainsaw operation, and a commitment to safety on every job. A valid driver’s license, reliable attendance, and a good attitude are required. ISA certification, CDL, and crane experience are a plus. We offer competitive pay based on experience and a great crew environment with room to grow. Servicing primarily North Charlotte.
