What You’ll Do
- Generate and manage leads through outreach and referrals
- Conduct roof inspections for storm damage
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Close deals and help your team hit performance goals
- Participate in weekly sales training
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (roofing or similar industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven with a competitive mindset
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
