The Founders Inn & Spa is seeking a dependable, friendly, and guest-focused team member to join our Front Office team as a Guest Services Agent / Shuttle Driver.
This cross-functional role combines guest service responsibilities with shuttle transportation for hotel guests traveling to and from the airport and oceanfront. Ideal candidates enjoy interacting with people, working in a hospitality environment, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist hotel guests in a professional manner
• Transport guests safely to and from designated locations
• Assist with front desk and guest service support as needed
• Answer guest questions and provide property information
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vehicles and work areas
• Deliver a positive and welcoming guest experience
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
