Role Description

This is a full-time General Manager position located on-site in Rock Hill, SC. The General Manager will oversee operations, lead teams, and execute business strategies to ensure efficiency and growth. Responsibilities include planning and managing budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving process improvements, and collaborating with various departments to execute company objectives. The General Manager will also play a vital role in team development and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team development and organizational growth
• Strong operational expertise in budgeting, planning, and process improvements
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Experience in residential home service industries or similar fields is a plus
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work on-site in Rock Hill, SC and actively engage with the team and clients
• Must have or be able to obtain a NC HVAC, Plumbing and Septic license.
