Property Maintenance

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Worker to help maintain and ensure the smooth operation of our properties in the Myrtle Beach area. This position offers flexible hours, requiring 10-15 hours per week, along with a competitive wage and golf benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Change air filters and light bulbs as needed

• Clear clogged AC drain lines

• Unclog toilets and perform minor plumbing tasks

• Leaf blowing and maintaining clean parking lots

• Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure the property stays in top condition

• Assist in keeping properties clean and organized for tenants

• Other tasks as assigned to maintain a high standard of property upkeep

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks (training will be provided as necessary)

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting 50 lbs

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
