Willbrook Plantation in beautiful Pawleys Island is looking for energetic, personable team members to join our Grill Team as a Part-Time Grill Attendant/Server/Beverage Cart Attendant. If you love a fast-paced, social environment, enjoy providing top-notch service, and have a passion for food and hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity to work where others come to relax and play. We’re seeking individuals with at least one year of food and beverage serving experience and some cooking experience who are ready to deliver exceptional service with a smile—on the grill, on the floor, or out on the course.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serves food and beverages to guests in an efficient, timely, and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Organize and account for products and supplies.
• Operate a beverage cart when needed and keep it properly stocked.
• Complete all required opening and closing procedures.
• Accountable for daily cash bank.
• Rotates all perishable products and discards all expired products.
• Keeps snack bar area clean and orderly throughout the day.
• Removes all trash inside and outside at the end of shift.
• Operates the grill to prepare menu items to serve to guests.
• Secure all keys in proper designated location at the end of shift.
• Ensures all food and beverage products are always kept in quality order.
• Knowledgeable in serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with state law.
• Responsible for cash deposit and correct paperwork accounting at end of shift.
• Assist golfers with all food and beverage needs in a courteous manner.
• Occasional shifts on beverage cart when needed.
• Promotes a positive relationship with team members in all departments.
• Light cooking and food preparation.
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements
Actively demonstrate, encourage, and model safety rules and guidelines in accordance
with state and federal law.
• Report safety or hazard concerns to management immediately.
• Report any work-related injury to management immediately.
• Take personal responsibility for safety every day.
Qualification-Requirements Experience - Education
• Previous food and beverage experience with a golf facility preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand throughout a shift.
Must have or obtain with seven days of employment a SC Food Handlers and SCDOR Alcohol certifications. If you do not have company will pay for course
