- Possess the ability to present a professional composure under moderate pressure.
- Possess the ability to learn new skills quickly and retain them long-term.
- Possess medical terminology knowledge related to the dental field (3 Years Experience Preferred)
- Be proficient in Treatment Planning & Case Presentation.
- Possess customer service experience (3 Years Experience Required).
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Possess experience submitting, posting, monitoring insurance claim status, as well as experience interacting with dental insurance carriers and problem-solving claim issues in a timely fashion.
- Show dedication to ongoing professional knowledge, measurable achievement, and skill development.
- Dentrix Practice Management software experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual proficiency is a plus (English-Spanish)

Job Description
- Provide ongoing constructive feedback to practice owner and management, contributing to positive office culture and patient care.
- Follow and promote office policies and procedures.
- Help dental team maintain realistic patient flow and adapt to policy and procedure adjustments over time.
- Create treatment plans including accurate expense estimates and present treatment plans to patients.
- Provide positive, patient-centered experiences during check-in, check-out, phone, text, and email interactions.
- Rapidly and effectively schedule realistic patient visits based on treatment timing, procedure requirements, and efficient patient flow for great team and patient experience.
- Process patient and office related materials in a timely manner, including scanning and labelling materials as well as their electronic delivery to necessary parties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable lobby.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Proactively report any challenges that require management oversight.
- Answer incoming phone calls, practice emails, and texts in a highly customer service-oriented manner.
