We are looking for a FULL-TIME Building Coordinator for one of our premier office properties in Green Bay. The location is the US Venture Center at Titletown.
The Building Coordinator will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to residents, guests, and contractors who need assistance. You will monitor the state of the building, regarding security, safety, and cleanliness, and general operations conditions, and communicate with appropriate personnel to correct any issues. You will be responsible for accuracy of information recorded in the building access system and coordination of the building’s Penthouse event reservation, set-up and tear-down process.

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- Reliable, courteous, responsible personality
- Comfortable working around a diverse group of people
- Able to react to a variety of events and situations
- Able to react calmly and appropriately in an emergency
