Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door sales visits to homeowners and commercial property managers within assigned territories.
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers, clearly communicate service value, and drive new customer acquisition
Present and explain a range of pool services, including maintenance plans, cleaning, repairs, chemical treatments, and one-off services.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored service solutions to meet their pool care requirements.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and professional communication.
Accurately document all sales interactions, customer feedback, and leads in the CRM system in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure informed and confident selling.
Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless hand-off of new clients and timely service scheduling.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with integrity at all times.
Leverage membership in professional networking organizations (e.g., BNI) to develop referral partnerships and drive new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through consistent outreach and conversion efforts.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Ongoing training, support, and performance incentives are provided to help you succeed.
RequirementsRequirements
Proven experience in inside/outside sales, door-to-door sales, and customer service—preferred in home services, solar, landscaping, or pool/spa industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals without constant supervision.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for territory coverage.
