We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Client Service Associate to join our
dynamic Wealth Management Practice. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless client
experience and supporting the operational efficiency of our financial advisory team. The
Client Service Associate serves as the trusted primary contact for all client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering
exceptional service in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Account Management
- Onboard new clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Execute money movement transactions and process account maintenance requests.
- Draft and manage documentation for rollovers, transfers, and other account changes.
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and care.
- Assist in transferring new assets into client accounts and ensure timely followup.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and on-going continuing educationr equirements
- Manage all administrative tasks related to client accounts to free up Financial
Advisors for client-facing activities.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and documentation for client meetings.
- Monitor and brief the Branch Manager on time-sensitive alerts and notifications related to client accounts.
Marketing & Business Development
- Create and manage marketing content for client mailings and social media platforms.
- Support Financial Advisors in managing the practice’s pipeline and tracking new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
The following requirements are job contingent
1. Begin studying for the SIE (Securities Industry Essential) on or before month 3, with the requirement for a passed SIE Exam by month 4
2. Determine when the S7 and S66 studying starts, with the licensing required by month 15. Bonus available for becoming fully licensed in first attempts (SIE,S7,S66) within first 10 months
Pay: $41,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
