Pay Scale: W-2• Ground Crew:$27–$33/hr $250 minimum per day • Climber / Crew Lead:$37–$48/hr $350 minimum• CDL /Climber/Crew Lead:$42–$52/hr $380 minimum Must have a minimum of two years experience and three references two of the references need to be within the tree industry.
