Relationship Manager

Elite Retirement Group is a growing independent retirement planning firm built on trust, service, and meaningful relationships. Our educational seminars, client events, and community presence are a major part of how we connect with families — and this role helps make those experiences happen.
This is not a narrow admin position. You’ll be a key part of the firm’s growth by helping coordinate events, follow up with prospects, support outreach efforts, and keep social content initiatives moving.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and coordinate educational seminars, workshops, and client appreciation events
- Manage event logistics including venues, invitations, materials, and follow-up
- Track feedback and help improve future events
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email in a timely, professional way
- Support networking, referral, and outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Coordinate content filming with the internal team
- Help maintain the social media calendar and keep marketing efforts organized
