PRN Hospice RN – Foundations Hospice

Pay:
- Routine visit: $50
- Admission: $125
- Death visit: $100
- On-call: $5/hr
- Change in status: $75
- Evaluation: $75
- Mileage reimbursed at 62.5 cents/mile

Requirements:
APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN IN OUR NORTHSHORE OFFICE A FEW DAYS
Active Louisiana RN license, Two years clinical experience (hospice, ER, med surg or onoclogy highly preferred), reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
One back up on call weekend per month required, occasional primary on call, one major holiday primary on call, one minor holiday primary on call
Must attend occasional in services at $35/hour.
