Job Description:

As a Part-Time Phone Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in scheduling inspections and supporting our office operations. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will ensure that our clients receive timely and professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

Schedule and confirm inspection appointments accurately

Maintain and update appointment calendars

Provide basic information about our services and direct calls as needed

Assist with light administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using phone systems and scheduling software

Work Schedule:

Part-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
