Crew Member

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable crew member to join our team at Foundations First ID LLC. As a crew member, you will play a crucial role in assisting with foundation repair projects, working closely with our experienced team to ensure that our clients’ needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting in excavation, installation, and repair of foundations, as well as ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in excavation, installation, and repair of foundations

Follow established protocols and safety guidelines

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Uphold a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements:

Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects

Experience in construction or foundation work is a plus

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

knowledge of construction tools

18 years or older
