Role Description
This is a full or part time, on-site role located in Fort Wayne, IN, for an Early Childhood Teacher. The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons, creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, supporting the individual needs of each child, and promoting a positive learning experience. Additional responsibilities include monitoring child development, fostering social and emotional growth, and maintaining open communication with parents and colleagues to ensure an optimal learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass Drug screen and national background check
- Experience in Teaching and Working With Children
- Skills in creating, developing, and implementing Curriculum tailored to various developmental stages
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and peers
- Ability to maintain a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus however we can certify.
