Foundations Behavioral Health is currently hiring full-time RTF clinical Manager to support our Therapeutic Services Department at our Doylestown campus. This is an onsite position in Doylestown, PA.
Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults. Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12 acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Foundations provides a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, and young adults spanning hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the clinical services in a residential based program including client assessments, treatment and behavioral planning, individual, group, and family therapy, and coordination of therapeutic activity schedule and related supports.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive clinical program that incorporates evidence based practices and meets the varied needs of the population served within the residential treatment program, assuring adherence to all licensing requirements and regulations, providing leadership to daily operations, and coordination of ongoing assessments.
- Leads the development and documentation of therapeutic interventions, evaluates the successfulness of identified interventions, and provides training and coaching of therapists, nurses, and mental health technicians in implementation of interventions across settings.
- Participates in department and facility performance improvement activities.
- In addition to direct work with children, families, school representatives and referral sources, this position requires report writing, attending and presenting at meetings, and regular communication with other senior managers.
- Provides day to day guidance and supervision to residential therapists and personnel as needed or when there are opportunities for service recovery.
- Offers clinical and leadership consultation to other disciplines.
- Pursues additional training opportunities that promote team cohesion, clinical programming advancement, and patient centered care for therapists on residential units.
- Provides assignments of care to therapist that meets the required expectations of the program.
- Collaborates with Admissions department to screen and conduct pre-admission meetings while strategizing incoming admissions and upcoming discharges to meet the needs of the program

Position Requirements:
- Three years post-Master’s degree, or one year post Doctorate degree in psychology, social services or related field.
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT or BCBA required.
- Experience and/or advanced training with Autism Spectrum Disorders or related experiences with developmental and intellectual disabilities strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated work history of leadership/management roles and progressive experience providing advanced clinical services to children, adolescents and their families including individual, group and family counseling.
- Proven track record of providing team driven, behavioral health services using advanced clinical skills with evidence-based approaches and implementation.
- Clinically supervised education/training in residential or crisis/acute care behavioral health setting
