We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our team as we continue to grow.
Position Summary
The BCBA will provide assessment, treatment planning, supervision, caregiver training, and ongoing clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services. We are especially interested in local BCBAs who want to help grow services within the community; however, remote applicants will also be considered.
This position may be part-time or full-time depending on candidate availability and interest. Compensation is hourly and based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide caregiver training and collaboration
- Analyze data and adjust programming as clinically appropriate
- Complete clinical documentation and insurance-related reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers when appropriate
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Tennessee licensure (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
