Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time & Part-TimePosition Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals in home and community settings
- Assist with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals
- Support participation in employment, recreation, and social activities
- Encourage independence, decision-making, and confidence
- Transport individuals safely to activities and appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with team members
- Uphold dignity, respect, and individualized care at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in extensive training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in caregiving, human services, or related field
- CPR/First Aid certification (training available)
