What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Foundational Concepts?
Foundational Concepts is looking for a full-time receptionist. Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills, good time management and work ethic with basic computer skills. The receptionist will assist in calling and scheduling new referrals, scheduling current patients, and collecting payment. The receptionist will also be looking up insurance benefits and communicating that information with the clients.
