Foundation Software offers this and more!Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Project Leadership:Plan, execute and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion.Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables.Lead cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation.Identify, manage risks and issues, and facilitate resolution.Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.Project Management and Quality:Monitor project progress and track variances against goals.Manage deliverable quality and ensure user acceptance.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Lead project closeout with required deliverables.Professional Development:Continuously develop leadership skills.Embrace organizational changes and champion PMO best practices.Recommend and implement process improvements.Foster a culture of accountability within the project team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent experience.3 years of exceptional software/IT project management experience in a fast-paced environment.Proven understanding of project lifecycles (SDLC & PM) and application and/or infrastructure delivery.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Agile/Waterfall experience and ability to manage multiple projects.Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.Additional Responsibilities: Perform all other duties as assigned.Foundation is constantly recognized as one of Northeast Ohio's top workplaces.
