What Kind of Person We Are Looking For:

• This is the 7AM to 3PM shift
• 3 years of field service or technical support experience, ideally with robotics or automation equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Technically competent with diagnostic tools, software interfaces, and command-line environments.
• Comfortable working at customer site in Covington with professionalism and adaptability.
• Bonus if familiar with Linux, ROS, or robotics simulation tools. Independent, communicative, and calm under pressure.

Salary

• The annual compensation is expected to be between $95,000 - $130,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
