- Assist Neurosurgeon in the operating room and clinic
- Assess, Plan, and Treat patients in coordination with the patient, family, and clinical team.
- Operating Room experience as a PA is required

Responsibilities

Assist in the OR, clinic, and during hospital rounds

Manage pre- and post-op care for neurosurgical patients

Perform bedside procedures and support surgical prep

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

Collaborate with neurosurgeon and hospital staff

Support quality and safety initiatives
- Stay current with neurosurgical best practices
Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted California PA or NP license
- National certification (NCCPA for PAs or AANP/ANCC for NPs)
- Completion of all state-mandated education/certification requirements
- Preferred: Prior experience in neurosurgery, including OR assistance and inpatient care
Pay Range
$67.31 - $69.71 /hour
Salary : $67 - $70
