Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in South Jordan, Herriman or Midvale UT. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic and balance-related conditions. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating patients on therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring care aligns with best practices and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Proficiency in Medicine and Home Care practices related to physical therapy
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to develop and carry out customized treatment plans effectively
- State licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Utah (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited program
- Experience in orthopedic and balance physical therapy is a plus
