We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who has a passion for serving patients, and is an ideal team player to assist in serving the community in South Jordan, UT full-time or part-time.

Foundation Physical Therapy currently serves three locations in South Jordan, Cottonwood Heights, and Herriman, Utah.
Expectations:
- Proficiency or willing to train in orthopedic and vestibular treatment techniques under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (onsite mentorship programs provided)
- The pursuit of educational opportunities on a consistent basis to expand skill level
- Assessment of personal performance and reporting of Most Important Tasks (MITs) to Clinic Director
- Empowering communication with referral sources, patients, & community members
