What We’re Looking for in You:
A competitive driver who enjoys meeting and exceeding medical device sales objectives for the territory.
Represent Arthrex Minnesota, an independent regional agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, by educating and informing an audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.
Communicate effectively with current and new customer accounts.
Identify and implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training, and mentoring.
Transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and Sales Associates as needed.
Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
Participate in and attend sales meetings, local labs, and off-site training sessions.
Uphold the mission of Arthrex and Arthrex Minnesota by “Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.”
Manage caseloads based on surgery schedules with varying hours.
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in the orthopedic medical device industry is a plus
Comfort working in surgery/operating room environments
Excellent communication (including public speaking and presentation), planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel within your territory regularly (up to 150 miles a day) and within the state as needed
