What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Associate position at Foundation Laboratory?
We are seeking a Client Services Associate to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to maintain good customer relations throughout all communications, while providing a positive, professional and empathetic understanding to all customers.
- Must have the ability to create and modify patient orders and demographics by following complex ordering procedure(s) and utilizing multiple ordering systems.
- Must have the ability to type 35 wpm and 10 key skills
- Must be familiar with medical terminology.
- One year experience in customer service is required, preferably in a laboratory setting.
- Must demonstrate intermediate computer skills including internet proficiency
- Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
- Related experience in a laboratory setting is a plus.
- Background in the Medical Field is a plus
- Having a Certified Phlebotomy License is a Plus
